This Refund Policy applies to all services (Bookings, and/or payments) initiated through:
Refund requests, if any, must be made within thirty (30) days of your original purchase.
Our Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
The Logisti Application may include In-app Purchases that allow you to book storage space or supplementary services for logistics.
In-app Purchases can only be consumed within the Application. If you make a In-app Purchase, that In-app Purchase cannot be cancelled after you have initiated its download. In-app Purchases cannot be redeemed for cash or other consideration or otherwise transferred.
If any In-app Purchase is not successfully downloaded or does not work once it has been successfully downloaded, we will, after becoming aware of the fault or being notified to the fault by You, investigate the reason for the fault. We will act reasonably in deciding whether to provide You with a replacement In-app Purchase or issue You with a patch to repair the fault. In no event will We charge You to replace or repair the In-app Purchase. In the unlikely event that we are unable to replace or repair the relevant In-app Purchase or are unable to do so within a reasonable period of time and without significant inconvenience to You, We will authorize the Application Store to refund You an amount up to the cost of the relevant In-app Purchase. Alternatively, if You wish to request a refund, you may do so by contacting the Application Store directly.
If you have any payment related issues with In-app Purchases, then you need to contact the Application Store directly.
Subscription may include automatic recurring payments for periodic charges. You authorize Logisti to renew your subscription and to be charged periodically and progressively. The Subscription Billing Date” is the date when you purchase your first subscription. Your account will be charged automatically on the Subscription Billing Date all applicable fees for the next subscription period. The subscription will continue unless and until you cancel your subscription or we terminate it. You must cancel your subscription before it renews in order to avoid billing of the next periodic Subscription Fee to your account. We will bill the periodic Subscription Fee to the payment method you provide to us during registration.
The Subscriptions will automatically renew for an additional period, unless canceled before the Subscription start date. Cancelled Accounts will immediately lose access to paid features on the App.
The payments for Subscriptions are nonrefundable and there are no refund or credits for partially used periods. Following any cancellation, however, you will continue to have the benefits of your subscriptions through the end of your current billing period.
EXTERNAL PARTIES / SERVICES
Payments for services provided by any third parties provided for by Logisti on the Logisti platform or through app cannot be directly refunded by Logisti. You can raise a claim for inadequate services provided and Logisti will provide all reasonable support and service in facilitiating the refund for You upon your intimation of your intention to claim a refund. The issuance of any refund will be in line with the timeline of refund and other terms of the third party service. Logisti will maintain transparency of all terms and conditions of third party services provided on the Logisti platform.
If any of services have not been received or there has been an error in the purchase of these services, you may request a refund immediately.
PROCESSING YOUR REFUND
Once your refund has been confirmed, please allow 10 business days for your refund to be processed. Once your refund will be issued, you will receive a confirmation email. Your refund will be completed via the original payment method or any other mutually acceptable payment method.
